Boniface Dulani, Director of Research and Operations at the Institute of Public Opinion and Research, Director of Surveys for the Afrobarometer, and Associate professor in the Department of Politics and Government.

Boniface is the Director of Research and Operations at the Institute of Public Opinion and Research, where he has led multiple studies, including the Malawi components of the Local Government Perfomance Index. Boniface also doubles as Director of Surveys for the Afrobarometer, which conducts surveys on governance, democracy, markets and other issues across Africa. Boni also teaches at the University of Malawi where he holds the position of Associate professor in the Department of Politics and Government.
