Rose Shaber-Twedt
Program and Financial Manager
Rose oversees the planning, execution and tracking of projects and activities at GLD. She also manages finances, recruitment of new staff, assists with grant applications, and acts as an editor for GLD publications. She also manages GLD's communications, including research dissemination, social media, and the monthly newsletter. Starting in Summer 2026, she is also the Program Manager of DEMSCORE at the University of Gothenburg.
Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London. She started at GLD in 2019 as a Director’s Assistant and editor and has previously worked as a research administrator and editor at the University of Gothenburg School of Global Studies and the Gothenburg Centre for Globalization and Development (GCGD).
