Rose Shaber-Twedt
Emerging Cities Project Administrator
As of October 2026, Rose assists with planning, dissemination, communications, financial transfers, and contracting pertaining to the Emerging Cities project. She is also the Program Manager of DEMSCORE and the Quality of Government (QoG) Institute at the University of Gothenburg.
Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London. She started at GLD in 2019 as a Director’s Assistant and editor and has previously worked as a research administrator and editor at the University of Gothenburg School of Global Studies and the Gothenburg Centre for Globalization and Development (GCGD).
